
I haven’t really ran on track with my Vibram Komodosport LS, so I sucked it up and did some 400m run/sprints with Vee :)

I wanted to do more but my calves were just too tired. If I were just sucking wind, I would have done more but I can tell that my legs are not used to running on the track. The calves are DYING right now. Definitely want to get more track work in. I’m hoping to do around 3 to 4 days per week. 1 day Muay Thai, 1 day track work, 1 day crossfit endurance and 1 day crossfit strength. Seems reasonable and also psycho and ambitious.

I’m an adrenaline junkie. No, not the extreme sports/douche bag type like on Harold & Kumar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U362EJ5dvL0) but more like I love working out and almost passing out, eating spicy food and making love like there’s no tomorrow. It’s the Scorpio fire inside me haha
