
I attempted this WOD on Christmas Eve but got kicked out after finishing the 3rd round -_-

I decided to warm up at the track down the street. I only did 400m run in my Vibrams but it was so much better than the treadmill! I can’t wait for the sun to come back so I can hit the track after work.

I know I was a bit stronger on Christmas Eve because I had been doing a lot of strength endurance in December, which basically means I was doing wall balls and box jumps often, both of which I haven’t done since 2012 started.
