
First of all, I’m super mad that I didn’t record my time for Annie when I did like 2 months ago! How disappointing! I’m pretty sure I’ve shaved off a good amount of my time, I think it was in the 20 min plus range.. anyways, I went hard tonight. warm up, wod, then Annie!

Note: I messed up on my double-unders. I’m 100% sure I did the following:
50 - 20 - 50 - 20 - 10 which still is still 150, I was just so tired, I couldn’t count.
The sit-ups were no problem though.

Vibram Side Note: in the 2nd and 3rd 800m’s, my right ball of my foot started to hurt a little. I think I’m not still used to full running in them and am expecting some soreness tomorrow and Saturday. I really want some casual Vibrams so I can wear them to Disneyland and walk around and strengthen my feet ;)
