
I’m not sure what has gotten into me lately, I’m constantly challenging myself. Tonight I was a bit ambitious but I scaled my weight down for the rest of the WOD. This was NO EASY WOD, yo.

Warm Up circles + Stretching

20x Front Squat 95#/65#
20x Sumo Deadlift High Pull
20x Push Press
200 jump rope singles
1st round I did the 95# but OMG it was so hard. There was no way I was going to be able to another 2 rounds, so I scaled it down to 75#. I didn’t stop my time during the change of the weight so it might be a little bit more than I might have finished. I think that since I scaled down, I should pay lol.
Finished: 32:17.9
1st round: 95#
2nd & 3rd: 75#
I’m going to be sore tomorrow! I worked out Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. And it looks like I’m going to work out Saturday and Sunday! My weight goal is only about 6 pounds away, which I have about a month to get to. If I reach it, it means I’ve lost 75 pounds in the last 2 years! but I’m not stopping there. no sir, sorry. I’ve got a lot of work to do.
