
Gym was pretty empty tonight, we came home with 2 IKF West Coast Classic belts so everyone was resting, I’m sure.

Some bag work
Some clinch work

20 push kicks to the padded wall (each leg)
100 punches (2 for 1, jab/cross)
50 knees to mid size bag (clinching top)
20 body kicks (each leg)

Finished with more stretching
50 small leg raises
50 crunches
50 big leg raises
20 sit ups
Side Note: I felt particularly strong today in my clinch, not that I was trying to clinch but that I felt confident and like I could do what I wanted. Definitely need to work on clinching and not shying away from it.
